Thank you for your interest in Hardeman Communities.   I’m Steve Eiberger, the CEO & President of Hardeman Communities, Inc.   After graduation from the University of Georgia and in the intervening 28 years in real estate sales and real estate development, I have learned that two factors are paramount in building homes and communities.  Those two essentials are “Quality” and “Value”.

I began developing Harbour Point Yacht Club on Lake Lanier in 1996 in a joint venture with John Wieland Homes.  Harbour Point has evolved into the #1 marina development on the lake.  With a consolidated 252 slip marina (that preserved three miles of shoreline), a full-time harbor master, and additional award winning amenities, Harbour Point continues to be a major success and a model for other communities.  Only a few lots remain for your custom home.

We won many accolades through the years.   Quality and value were essential to our formula.  Providing a high quality community and 350+ magnificent homes from mid-300’s to $3M+ has its challenges, but is not that difficult financially.


The question I pondered was “How can we deliver the highest possible quality and a great home values in communities at price points starting in the high 180K’s to the $400K’s”?   Obviously the amenities, lot sizes, home sizes and finishes will have to be different, but the highest possible quality that yields the greatest value at any price point is still the key.


First, we design our communities and then select home designs that fit the market needs of the customer segment.   Our selected home plans maximize “livability” within price guidelines.

 Second, we work diligently to provide the highest possible finishes for the interiors and exteriors.  We don’t cut corners, but price points do dictate choices.  We are expert at finishing our homes with as much quality as possible to yield the greatest home value at any given price point.
